Prabhudeva, the choreographer-turned-actor-turned-director had run into bad weather with his career as director in Tollywood, but he is doing enormously well in Tamil.

It was only recently that he had remade Mahesh Babu's 'Pokkiri' in Tamil with Vijay and Asin in the lead (he is now remaking the same film in Hindi with Salman Khan in the lead). Inspired by the way the film had performed at the box office, Vijay is more than eager to work with the director again. The film will soon being with Prabhudeva as director and Vijay as hero.

Ileana, who had a bad experience in Tamil with the previously released 'Kedi' (which incidentally made Tamanna quite a popular actress in Kollywood), is getting ready to try her luck again. She is going to be the heroine of this film.
