Can you believe it? Four music tracks including the title track of 'Krazzy 4' are stolen from a jingle.

Well that's what Ram Sampath is saying.

Ram, a composer of advertisement jingles has to his credit the music soundtracks of the super hit 'Khakee' and 'Let's Talk' too.

With the esteemed advertising award 'Abby' in his kitty, it is also not possible to completely do away with his allegations as a mere act to bring home some easy publicity.

In a petition submitted before the court, Ram claims that title track and the remix versions are copies of his Sony Ericsson mobile ad jingle, which came out in 2007.

He also has demanded a compensation of Rs 2 crores to the damages caused by the Roshan family.

Now Rakesh Roshan, Rajesh Roshan, their production house Filmkraft productions and Super Cassettes industries will have to give explanations to clear the charges.

Time will bring out the truth and we hope the title track and its versions will not bite the dust.
