Hi,

I have been stucked with the following problem with Zoom Gallery of joomla for the last four months used in our site filmsutra.com.

Problem:

"The tree structure does not show up (just says loading) in the gallery section."

Finally, I got a solution for this.
It may not be solution for all with the Zoom Tree Issue, but It worked for me atlast.

Solution for this issue :

No modifications in php code....

No modfications in _java_script__ code...

Its just a problem with the content stored at zoom table.

Just beacuse of having an & symbol in the field "catkeywords", the Tree was not showed for me.

I got surprised!!!. When I just edit and removed the & from the keywords, Its just working perfectly!!!

where is that field: 'catkeywords' ? and did you put that & yourself or was it laready there?
I ahve problem with zoom gallery: users cannot see categories in drop down list to upload media :/ don't konw if your tip will help.

Hi,

check with your jos_zoom table and u can find "catkeywords" field. Otherwise make a backup of zoom table and search for the & in that file.
